Ask Nate Rio Episode 2: Marcus Brandon from Chicago asks
“What if people think my business is a scam?”
Most of the time people think that a business is a “scam” is because there is recruiting or direct sales in place.
Also, for many businesses, since there is no guaranteed return on investment, if people (most of the time, employee mindset, where they are used to getting paid for an hourly rate of work) invest money in a business, then lose it – they assume it’s a “scam.”
Also, the majority of profitable businesses have multiple products they’re selling, including “up-sells” – so often times people will think that this is a scam.
